thiruvAimozhip piLLai, in his svApadhESam, says that AzhwAr is enjoying the manner in which krishNa was following his elder brother nambi mUththa pirAn [balarAman], which was similar to a child of a mountain chasing another child of a mountain.

Simple Translation
A distinguished, unique, child, given birth to by a huge silver mountain, ran ahead, making a sound such as “dhidu dhidu”. Another child, given birth to by a dark mountain, followed the earlier child, with small steps, slowly. Even if eminent people in the world, after analysing, praise him, they cannot ascertain the limit of his fame. Even as such baladhEvan [balarAman], was running in front [like the child of the silver mountain], krishNa, his younger brother [who was like the child given birth to by a dark mountain], ran behind him, to join with him. Will such krishNa not take tender steps?

munnal … – a child, distinguished, unique, given birth to by a huge silver mountain, was running in front, with arrogance, with his steps making a noise “dhidu dhidu”.
pinnai …– behind that child, with his arrogance, to catch him, another child, given birth to by a dark mountain was running, in line with its quality of childishness, with small steps. Similar to this …
panni … – Even if all the eminent people in the world, with all the power of their knowledge, analyse and praise, they cannot see the limit of baladhEvan’s fame. Even as such baladhEvan, his elder brother, was running in front, to catch up with him, krishNa was running behind him with small steps. Will not such krishNa take tender steps?
thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that even if the people of the world analyse various SAsthras [sacred texts} and sthOthrams [hymns in praise] through their AchAryans [preceptors], and praise without any interval, they cannot complete their praising of baladhEvan; such was his fame.
