periya thirumozhi >> Seventh centum
In the previous decad, AzhwAr explained how he got the knowledge about his relationship with bhagavAn; but subsequently, he did not get the interaction he desired with bhagavAn; because of that, he showed his desire saying in periya thirumozhi 7.1.1 “piRavAmai enaip paNi” (Ensure that I don’t take birth again); bhagavAn said “Why are you suffering like this? Have I not arrived in the dhivyadhESams for your sake?” Hearing that AzhwAr becomes satisfied as if he had attained everything. AzhwAr then analysed “Is there anything in our side for having bhagavAn as the result and for losing bhagavAn?” He understood that there is nothing in his hands for that and the benefit he got is due to the efforts of bhagavAn through many different ways. As said in periya thirumozhi 7.2.8 “UnEr Akkai thannai uzhandhOmbi vaiththamaiyAl – nAnE eydhap peRREn” (Though I nurtured this body which is filled with flesh, I got to attain you in this body itself), AzhwAr is saying “With this body which is to be abandoned, bhagavAn mercifully arranged the attainment of the goal”.
