Simple translation
thirunaRaiyUr is having abundant wealth as observed in the abundant smoke rising up from the great yagyas, conducted as revealed in vEdham, filling everywhere and covering the sky. sarvESvaran stood there, being greater than all and being surrendered to by and praised by rudhran, who is having a crescent moon in his matted hair and brahmA, who are standing in front of him. Oh heart! Try to surrender unto his divine feet which are matching each other.
Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)
maRai Arum … – The abundant smoke from the great yagyas which are ordained in vEdham and performed by those brAhmaNas who don’t expect any results, spread everywhere and covering the sky. Such unlimitedly wealthy abode where even the sky is not seen due to the smoke.
piRai Arum … – rudhran, who is having matted hair which shows that he is a sAdhaka (one who perceives penance to attain a goal) and having moon in his matted hair, which shows that he is an enjoyer; his father brahmA; both of them praise emperumAn and surrender unto him.
iRaiyAgi ninRAn … – He is greater than all since he is the refuge for those who are refuge for the people of this world; try to surrender unto his divine feet.
