Those who recite these ten pAsurams, will reach paramapdham which is better than svargam etc and enjoy bhagavAn mingling with nithyasUis, revealing their greatness.

thiN kaLaga madhiL pudai … – sarvESvaran is standing in thirunaRaiyUr which is surrounded by firm forts which were anointed with lime mortar. As per the greatness of the entity inside, the fort will be present. The roaming of beautiful swans. Alternative explanation – the radiance of the red paddy crops. kaLaga – swan. The moon appears like swans. The fertile fields which have such moon. thirumangai AzhwAr who is the leader of thirumangai which is surrounded by such fertile fields.

paN kaLagam … – Those who are experts in these ten pAsurams, which are composed with the best among the tunes.

viN kaLagaththu imaiyavarAy … – The most important among the enjoyable abodes, that is, paramapadham. Going there, being a part of the group of nithyasUris, they will eternally enjoy bhagavAn.
