Simple translation
bhagavAn created all creatures along with dhEva lOkam on the very fragrant lotus flower in his divine navel. He is having amazing ability. I searched and got to see the trustworthy one, who is like a lion and the son of yaSOdhA, whose eyes are like arrows.
Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)
umbar ulagu … – sarvESvaran who is an amazing entity and who, through his sankalpam (vow), created the abode of brahmA et al and all of humans et al, on the fresh flower in his divine navel.
The one who creates everything through his vow, truly incarnated.
ambanna kaNNAL … – piLLai uRangAvilli dhAsar would mercifully say “krishNa got his attractive eyes from his mother”.
nambanai – One who is so trustworthy that those who approach him can submit themselves to him completely.
nAdi naRaiyUril … – Even while being in samsAram, we could trust him and surrender unto him.
