Simple Translation
Oh, chandhran! Having the divine disc on his divine had, looking with wide eyes, sitting on my waist, krishNa is pointing at you only. If you know as to what is apt for you, do not indulge in deceptive acts. If you aren’t a barren person, not having sired children, come at once and stand here.
vyAkhyAnam (Commentary)
chakkarak kaiyan – he has in his divine hands, the divine disc, just as it has been said in thiruvAimozhi 10-6-8 “karudhumidam porudhu” (proceeding to the place which emperumAn thinks of). The implied meaning here is – if you do not come, he has the necessary implement to punish you.
thdam kaN … – looking at you, affectionately, with his divine eyes which have enough space.
okkalai mEl irundhu – from my waist
unnai … – only pointing at you, without looking at anything else
thakkadhu aRidhiyEl – if you know as to what is proper for you. thiruvAimozhip piLLai says, in his svApadhESam, that the purpose of having been provided with eyes is only to look at krishNa.
chandhirA salam seyyAdhE – you, who are cool towards everyone else, do not indulge in deceptive act towards him.
makkaL … – if you aren’t barren, who has not given birth to a child, come at once and stand here. thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here – if you are not barren or a eunuch, come. It appears that even those who have sired only one child could be termed as barren [chandhran has only one son, budhan, mercury].
