This pAsuram mentions about the gift sent by SrI bhUmip pirAtti who is reckoned as next only to periya pirAttiyAr.

Simple Translation
SrI bhUmip pirAtti sent the divine cloth which is worn on top of the dress which is worn on the divine waist, an attractive knife, a sari with narrow border, golden rings for the divine shoulders, chutti, an ornament which is worn on the divine forehead, a golden flower with a shiny stalk which is adorned on the divine crown, for the one who does not let go of others. Oh, one who consumed the poisoned bosom of pUthanA! May you go to sleep. Oh, nArAyaNa! Do not cry. May you go to sleep.
vyAkhyAnam (Commentary)
kachchodu … – along with the dress which is worn over the dress which adorns the divine waist and a knife which can be inserted in that dress, sari with short border carrying patterns, golden rings which are applied to the divine shoulders, chutti, an ornament for the forehead, which is embellished with rubies, golden flowers with stalks, which is adorned on the divine crown. thiruvAimozhip piLLai says, in his svApadhESam, that the term oNdAL niraippoRpU refers to the beautiful golden flower apt to be adorned properly on the divine feet; alternatively, it could refer to a flower with a stalk. If the text were oNdAr (instead of oNdAL), it would refer to the golden flower with a stalk, apt to be adorned properly on the divine crown.
achchudhan … – SrI bhUmip pirAtti sent these gifts for achyuthan, one who will never let go of his followers. thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that achchudan refers to one who does not let go of his follower; one who does not let go of his eminence.
nachchu mulai … – Oh, one who consumed the poisoned bosom of pUthnA, in order to annihilate her, as the starting point of reducing the load on earth! May you go to sleep.
nArAyaNA … – Oh, one who has the divine name of nArAyaNa, which is symbolic of your being the lord of both vibhUthis, such that people in both the vibhUthis would carry out servitude! Do not cry. May you go to sleep. thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that it is because he is nArAyaNa that entities such as brahmA, ISan [rudhra] et al came and carried out servitude.
