This pAsuram mentions the servitude carried out by vaiSravaNan [kubEran], who is the lord of northern direction and who is magnanimous.

ezhil Ar – “with beauty overflowing
thiru mArvukku – to adorn on the divine chest where pirAtti [SrI mahAlakshmi] resides

Simple Translation
One who is magnanimous without any fault, vaiSravaNan (kubEran), thinking “These ornaments will be apt for the divine chest which is overflowing with beauty and where pirAtti is residing” took the beautiful ornament with [replicas of] five divine weapons and pearl chain. He stood at a distance, neither too near nor too far, after proffering his gifts. May you go to sleep. Oh kaNNa, who has the complexion of pure, bluish gemstone! May you go to sleep.
vyAkhyAnam (Commentary)
ezhil … – krishNa’s divine chest was such beautiful that one has to ward off evil eyes from it. Thinking that for such s divine chest, these will be apt …
azhagiya … – the ornament of SrI panchAyudham [five divine weapons] which was beautiful, and a pearl chain, just as it has been mentioned in amalanAdhipirAn 9 “kOla mAmaNi Aramum” (beautiful, eminent chain made with nine gems). thiruvAimozhip piLLai, in his svApadhESam, says here that the pearl chain was apt for the divine neck.
vazhuvil …- vaiSravanan, not having the fault of accepting something in return for giving something or the fault of being reluctant to give. The short syllable in vaiSravaNan has got lengthened to vaichchirAvaNan
thozhudhu … – proffering these, he stood at a distance which was neither near nor far, cupping his palms together in anjali pose, beseeching krishNa to accept them. May you go to sleep. thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that emperumAn is not the entity through whom a task could be accomplished by offering some gift to him. It is only through performing an anjali that he would be pleased.
thUmaNi … – Oh, one who has the form of a faultless blue gemstone, which does not require any ornament! May you go to sleep. thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that once vaiSravaNan performed the anjali, after knowing that emperumAn is not one who would be pleased with any other offering, the radiance in emperumAn’s divine form was manifested.
