Simple translation

sanaka et al who have ultimate penance, confirmed that there is none other than bhagavAn who can be the target of dhyAnam, if analysed; they sang great songs with abundantly beautiful music, reciting words of praise (and danced); dhEvathAs danced along with them and said “There is no abode which is present, matching this dhivyadhESam, in the best bhulOkam”; they approached bhagavAn in the town where they are residing which is having the divine name, nandhipura viNNagaram and proffered flowers. Oh heart! Try to reach there.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

eNNil … – Unlike being covered with rajO guNam (passion) and thamO guNam (ignorance), falling at the feet of some entities without analysing, if we analysed – there is none other than SrIman nArAyaNa who is our target of worship – saying this, sanaka et al, sang great songs with abundantly beautiful music.

Along with their dance,

ezhilAr … – In general it is said that “On the earth, bhAratha varsham is the ideal place to remain; since svargam is a place where one will be pushed down once their puNyam (virtues) are exhausted like water fetched from a pot; is svargam a place to live? There is no other place than bhAratha varsham where one can perform sAdhanAnushtAnam (different processes) to attain any benefit”; similarly, there is no abode which matches this nandhipura viNNagaram which is the best abode on the earth. Saying this dhEvathAs approached bhagavAn proffering flowers etc and reside here eternally.
