Simple translation
To have the dhEvathAs who came saying “To destroy the sorrow which was pushing his father nandhagOpa’s heart, this strong krishNa came in the dark from mathurA as nandhagOpa’s son; such krishNa is our lord” and with flowers which were gathered and brought, approach him, he is mercifully present in the dhivyadhESam which is having the divine name, nandhipura viNNagaram; this abode is where the peacocks heard the mild sound of the musical instruments and considering them to the sound a cloud, will rise in the raining season, and dance in the orchards which have surrounded the town; it was served by the king named nandhi. Oh heart! Try to reach this abode.

thandhai … – To destroy the sorrow which was pushing SrI nandhagOpa’s heart, krishNa, the very strong son of SrI nandhagOpa, came in the dark to conceal himself from the eyes of evil entities. nanjIyar asked bhattar “krishNa was born in mathurA; again returned to mathurA and grew up there [after 10 years in gOkulam]; due to fear for kamsa, krishNa stayed there for a short period; in such case, unlike ignorant people, we who have knowledge also speak in this manner [that, krishNa was in cowherd clan, yaSOdhA is his mother, nandhagOpa is his father, etc]. How does it make sense?” For that bhattar replied “Not just us, even great gyAnis (most knowledgeable ones), have spoken about this even before his birth in cowherd clan, as in SrIvishNu purANam 5.20.41 ‘ayam sa kathyathE prAgyai:‘ (Spoken by great elders); why should you analyse this if mother yaSOdhA’s bosoms give milk and krishNa accepts the same?” The abode where dhEvathAs stood saying “He is our lord” and approached and surrendered to him.
mandha … – Considering the mild music of instruments to be the cloud’s noise, peacocks are dancing in the orchards which surround the dhivyadhESam.
nandhi paNi seydha nagar – The abode where anya paran (one who has many engagements) served bhagavAn after becoming ananyapara (exclusively devoted to bhagavAn). That is, there was a king named nandhi, who became favourable towards bhagavAn.
