- thAyap padhigaL … – In all the greatly distinguished, ancient abodes.
- mAyaththinAl – With attachment, with desires. As said in dictionary “mAyA vayunam gyAnam” (mAyA is synonymous with knowledge, desire etc).
- manni vIRRirundhAn – He mercifully remained in this dhivaydhESam manifesting all his opulence, desirously. Alternative meaning – one who remained there with the greatness of his opulence.
- uRai – eternally residing.
- thEsaththu amarar … – In thirukkadiththAnam which is the ultimate destination for the radiant nithyasUris.
- Ayarkku adhipadhi – One who incarnated in the cowherd clan and became their leader.
- aRpudhan – One who has amazing forms/qualities. AzhwAr is saying “though emperumAn has desire for all dhivyadhESams, he mercifully remained in thirukkadiththAnam manifesting his supremacy and simplicity, to attain me”.
