Simple translation

To have the burden on the earth for SrI bhUmip pirAtti eliminated, emperumAn, who is having amazing activities, conducted the lengthy, strong chariot which is embossed with gemstones for arjuna to have the kings killed in the mahAbhAratha war; such emperumAn is mercifully present in thirukkaNNangudi which is surrounded by dense mAdhavi trees and orchards of surapunnai tree and where the beetles are audibly singing songs with tune in the sheNbaga pushpam, which is well grown.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

panniya … – The earth which can bear everything was calling out saying “It is unbearable for me”. To eliminate such burden for SrI bhUmip pirAtti, krishNa conducted the chariot by standing in front of arjuna in the mahAbhAratha war, to have the kings killed.

mA mAyan – One who has amazing qualities and activities.

thunnu … – He is mercifully present in thirukkaNNangudi which is having dense mAdhavi trees, orchard of surapunnai trees and tall sheNbaga flowers in the surrounding, and the beetles spread on such flowers, audibly singing with music.
