Simple translation

emperumAn, who incarnated as paraSurAman, turned the heads which were decorated with gemstones into dust, for twenty one generations, on this earth and bathed in the flood of the pool of their blood and subdued his anger. Such emperumAn is mercifully present in thirukkaNNangudi which is surrounded by orchards, which are filled with richness of series of plantain trees which have clusters of bananas, tall areca trees, kurA trees, good jackfruit trees, mango trees which give coolness and mAdhavi trees, and is having good mansions.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

mazhuvinAl … – emperumAn, as paraSurAman, with his axe, severed the heads of the kings for twenty one generations and bathed in the pool of their blood, performed the final rites for them and eliminated his great anger.

kulai mali … – bhagavAn is mercifully present in thirukkaNNangudi which is surrounded by very beautiful orchards which are having an orchard of plantains with clusters of bananas, well grown areca trees, kurA trees, good jackfruit trees, mango trees which give cool shade, kurukkaththi trees and having beautiful mansions.
