Simple translation
To make dhraupadhi who is holding a ball in her fingers, tie her hair, krishNa blew SrI pAnchajanyam (the divine conch) in mahAbhAratham war which caused bewilderment to the kings such as dhuryOdhan et al who were wearing valorous anklets and were coming atop elephants which are filled with the fragrance of madha jalam. Such bhagavAn is eternally residing in thirunaRaiyUr where brAhmaNas, who are having talent as brahmA who was born from the reddish lotus flower and rudhra, and having imperishable, magnanimous hands, are eternally residing. Such nambi is our refuge.

bAradhaththu … – krishNa blew his SrI pAnchajanyam to burn down the kings who had come to fight and who had valorous anklets indicating that they can control and ride elephants, which roam around breaking pillars.
sendhAmarai … – The eternal abode of the brAhmaNas who are individually capable to do creation and annihilation and having more magnanimity than brahmA and rudhra.
