Simple translation

sarvESvaran mercifully ate butter to be complained by the cowherd women; once, her mercifully rested on a banyan leaf and remained my lord; he mercifully sucked pUthanA’s bosom; he broke the marudha trees which were joined; he accepted the vast earth (from mahAbali) and measured it; the dhivyadhESam where he is eternally residing is thiruveLLiyangudi  which is on the southern bank of maNNi river where abundant water is flowing in the middle of the gardens which are filled with tall areca trees with unripe fruits, plantain trees and coconut trees.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

Aychchiyar azhaippa – emperumAn mercifully ate the butter to have the five lakh cowherd women who don’t know the difference between left and right hand, to complain, raising their hands.

oru kAl Alilai vaLarndha – At a very young age, he kept the whole universe in his stomach, where there is none to call out, he mercifully rested on a banyan leaf which had just sprouted.

emperumAn – One who made me exist exclusively for him by showing how he cannot sustain without the butter which was touched by his devotees and making the impossible, possible [by consuming the whole universe and resting on a small banyan leaf].

pEychchiyai – Finishing pUthanA who came with an evil intent, by sucking on her bosom, and broke the two marudha trees which joined together having evil intent.

peru nilam … – The abode where emperumAn who effortlessly measured and accepted the earth which was stolen by mahAbali.

kAyththa … – The enjoyability of the abode is such that it will show “emperumAn who is our refuge, is nearby”. Everything is well-ripened in the abode.

vAyththa nIr pAyum – Like those prideful ones who would unite and just drink cool water.

thiruveLLiyangudi adhuvE – Since it is said that it is his temple, it implies that this is the target abode for us.
