In this last pAsuram of the decad, AzhwAr mentions the benefit which will accrue to those who recite the pAsurams and brings the decad to its end.

mangai – youthful, by their age
nallArgaL thAm – girls, who are friendly towards krishNa
am kamalam – like a beautiful reddish lotus
kaNNan thannai – regarding kaNNan, who has divine eyes

asOdhaikku – to yaSOdhAp pirAtti
muRaippatta – complained
sollai – words
pudhuvai – for SrI villibuththUr
kOn – one, who is the controller
battan – mercifully composed by periyAzhwAr
sol ivai – these pAsurams
ingu – even while they are in this samsAram
vallavarkku – those who are capable of reciting

illai – will disappear such that it is non-existent.
Simple Translation
Young girls, who have affection towards krishNa, came to yaSOdhAp pirAtti’s house and complained about krishNa, who has beautiful, reddish-lotus like eyes. periyAzhwAr, who is the controller of SrI villibuththUr, mercifully composed those words into these pAsurams. For those who recite these pAsurams, even while they are still present in this samsAram, even a little bit of blemish will not be present, disappearing fully.
vyAkhyAnam (Commentary)
angamalak kaNNan thannai – Regarding krishNa, who has eyes which are reddish, blossomed and fresh, like a beautiful lotus flower.
thiruvAimozhip piLLai says additionally, in his svApadhESam, that krishNa’s divine eyes hint at his supreme nature.
aSodhAikku – to his mother, yaSOdhAp pirAtti
mangai nallArgaL thAm – girls, who are young in terms of their age and who have affection towards krishNa
angu vandhu muRaippatta – coming to her house and complaining to her, manifesting their total involvement
avar sollai – their words. The pAsuram should be rearranged as mangai nallArAnavargaL thAm – angamalakkaNNan thannai paRRa – angu – vandhu – asOdhaikku – muRaippatta sollai to get the sequential meanings.
pudhuvaikkOn battan sol-ivai – their words of complaint. These pAsurams, which have been mercifully composed by periyAzhwAr, who is the controller of SrI villibuththUr …
ingu vallavarkku – for those who are capable of reciting, in this world, with his pathos …
Edham onRu illaiyE – that which is considered as blemish, will disappear, without even a little bit being present.
thiruvAimozhip piLLai says at the end that the pAsuram should be rearranged as mangai nallArgaL avar thAm angamalak kaNNan thannai asOdhaikku angu vandhu muRaippatta sollai pudhuvaikkOn battan sollivai ingum vallavarkku Edham onRU illai to get the sequential meanings.
