Simple Translation

Tying a palm leaf to the tail of a calf, you threw it against a tree such that fruits came scattering down. Subsequently, you ran behind a snake and shook it up. Oh, one who is an expert in indulging in mischiefs! I do not have your capacity. Today is the day of the divine star under which you had incarnated. Do not run away. You should come here and have a distinguished bath.

vyAkhyAnam (Commentary)

kanRinai …– in order to look at calves running in a bewildered manner, you had tied palm leaves to the tails of these calves while you were grazing them. You had also thrown a calf, in which a monster had pervaded, with the intention of harming you, against a wood-apple tree, making the fruits to fall down in a scattering manner, leading to the annihilation of another monster who had pervaded a wood-apple.

pin … – subsequent to that, you ran behind a snake, caught hold of it and shook it up. By looking at your mischiefs now, I believe that you would have carried out those mischiefs too. The term thUdarndhu refers to moving [going behind the snake].

thiruvAimozhip piLLai says, in his svApadhESam, that krishNa had jumped onto the hoods of the snake kALiyan and shaken him up. He says that yaSOdhAp pirAtti tells krishNa that he bewilders those who are favourable to them [some calves], annihilates those who are unfavourable to him [monsters who had pervaded calf and wood-apple] and drives away those [such as kALiyan] who are fearful of krishNa, being unfavourable entities. She tells him that due to the mischiefs that krishNa was indulging in presently, she believes that he had done the earlier ones too [as described above].

nin … – I am not conversant with your methods [of indulging in mischiefs]. Let that remain.

nI piRandha thiru nannAL – today is the distinguished star under which you had incarnated.

thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that the term thiru [divine, as in the word thiru nannAL] is aupachArikam (metaphorical). Alternatively, it could indeed refer to his actual birth-star. Thus, the day under that particular star when he incarnated, is a good day while the other days are inauspicious days. nannAL – since it is complimentary with his parents, relatives, friends and people of the world-at-large, it is a good day. There are also people who were born on a not-so-complimentary day. However, for krishNa, it is a good day.

nanRu nI nIrAda vENdum – You should have a good bath. Even those, who do not have bath regularly, would take a bath on the day of their birth.

nAraNA OdAdhE vArAy – Oh, one who has an inseparable connection with all the AthmAs (emperumAn is the repository of all the AthmAs and he resides inside every AthmA as the indwelling soul)! You should not run away, rejecting my words [she tells him that she too has a connection with him]. You should come for your bath.

thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that the term nAraNA also carries generic connection, apart from the distinguished connection with AthmAs. In that case, just as everyone else, he [krishNa] should come for a bath and fulfil his regular duties.

We shall next consider the 9th pAsuram of this thirumozhi.
