Simple Translation

Oh, one who is complete! I, your mother, have cooked light food which contains appam along with milk in which sugar cane has been mixed well. If you desire to eat these, you should mercifully have a good bath. If you do not have a bath, girls, who have youthful, soft bosoms, with the form of copper, will speak derisively about you, in unseen places, using mean words. In order to annul their derisive words, you should come here and have your bath. Oh, my lord! I worship you.

vyAkhyAnam (Commentary)

appam … – appam [an eatable made with wheat flour and jaggery] along with light food, containing other eatables.

akkAram pAlil kalandhu – mixing sugar cane extract with flour and adding milk to it

soppada … – very well

thinnal uRudhiyEl nambi – Oh, one who has completeness in your childish activities! If you have the desire to eat these foods … (she tells him further that he has to come for a bath).

thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that the term uRudhal [as in uRidhiyEl] refers to having desire.

seppiLa men mulaiyArgaL – those girls who have bosoms similar to the form of copper, and are youthful and soft.

siRupuRam pEsich chirippar – if they look at your form which hasn’t had a bath, they will talk in a mean way, derisively, at places which you have not seen. siRumai – meanness. puRam pEsudhal – speaking at places where one doesn’t visit

thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that krishNa has become complete in his qualities since young women have spoken derisively about him. siRupuRam – due to deep affection for him, the girls speak about his not having a bath, in lowly words.

soppada nIrAdha vENdum – you should have a bath such that you do not give them an opportunity to talk lowly about you.

Since he did not come, despite yaSOdhAp pirAtti telling him all these,

sOththam pirAn ingE vArAy – Oh, one who is complete in all qualities! I worship you. You should come here.
