Simple Translation
Just like beetles which drink honey from reddish lotus flowers, your curly locks should throng your divine lips, when you come running [to embrace me]. With the divine hands, in which you are holding your divine weapons, conch, bow, sword, mace and disc, you should embrace me. You should embrace me completely.

sengamalam … – just like beetles which imbibe honey from reddish lotus flower.
thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that beetles throng the lotus flowers which are growing on their own fertile lands.
pangigaL … – curly, divine locks should come and throng your divine lips
sangu … – your divine hands are holding the divine weapons such as pAnchajanyam et al, which are present both for annihilation of your enemies and for providing beauty. Your hands are such beautiful, even without these, that one has to ward off evil eyes. You should embrace me with such beautiful hands.
thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that with the divine hands which are holding SrI panchAyudha AzhwArs (the five divine weapons), who are mangaLASAsanaparars (they keep praising and wishing well for emperumAn), you should embrace me. Arath thazhuvAy is being said due to excessive affection.
Ara … – Instead of being incomplete, your embrace should be complete.
thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that the contact for AzhwAr with emperumAn [when he embraces AzhwAr] is similar to youths embracing bosoms of their beloved such that, due to the excessive enjoyment, they would sing pAsurams as an outlet for the joy.
