After enjoying the beauty of krishNa’s divine eyebrows, AzhwAr enjoys his divine ear rings [could also be taken as divine ears]

Simple Translation
emperumAn keeps earth, mountains, oceans and all the seven worlds in his divine stomach, with happiness. yaSOdhAp pirAtti wants the herd-women, who are wearing beautiful ornaments, to come and have a look at the sturdiness of his divine ear rings which have a beautiful complexion.
vyAkhyAnam (Commentary)
maNNum … – to prevent deluge from swallowing earth, which is the support for all, anchoring mountains, which support earth, oceans, which protect earth and all the worlds, emperumAn kept them in his divine stomach. He felt happy that he had been able to protect them. For the child [krishNa] who kept these as his sustenance… thiruvAimozhip piLLai says, in his svApadhESam, that he kept the seven worlds above the earth and seven below the earth in his divine stomach. For the term uNNum thiRaththu magizhndhu uNNaum piLLiakku, he says that emperumAn was happy that he was able to protect all the worlds in his divine stomach. His happiness came about because he felt that since their sensory organs have been kept in abeyance during the time that they spend in his divine stomach, the jIvAthmas [all the souls] would be prevented from indulging in sinful activities.
vaNNam … – his divine ear rings have a complementary complexion to that of his divine form and due to differences in their shapes, they have a beauty about them. Come and have a look at these divine ear rings which attract the eyes and hearts of those who see them, on account of their sturdiness. Oh women, who have adorned yourselves with beautiful ornaments! Come and have a look at his divine ear-rings. thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that the term sEyizhai refers to ornaments for the soul [knowledge about emperumAn, total bliss, being a servitor etc]
