Simple Translation

Women, who have locks adorned with flowers emitting fragrance, will look at your overall beauty and think of uniting with you. Oh, one who has the eminence of being constantly in their thoughts, and who is enjoyable for them! Oh, one who is like nectar for us!  Oh, padhmanAbha, who kicked the monster Sakatan such that he was blown to smithereens! I will offer you fruits and apply ornaments for your ears such that there is absolutely no pain. Accepting this, come here.

vyAkhyAnam (Commentary)

kaNNai … – Since you [krishNa] will look into the eyes of the young herd-girls,

kaNNaik kuLirak kalandhu – looking at them with your eyes in a cool manner, mingling with their eyes. This implies union of eyes.

engum nOkki – looking at the overall beauty of their forms

kadikamazh pUnguzhalArgaL – [herd-girls having] locks decorated completely with flowers emitting fragrance

eNNaththuL enRum irundhu thiththikkum perumAnE – oh, the eminent one, residing in their hearts forever, enjoying them!

Alternatively, keeping the second case in kaNNai as dormant [viz. treat the verse as kaN kuLirak kalandhu], the meaning would be – the herd girls, who have decorated their locks with fragrant flowers, would look at you such that their eyes become cool; they would look at your overall beauty, recalling their union with you. Since you do not go beyond the thoughts of those who are affectionate towards you, you remain within their thoughts aptly, as their enjoyable entity. Oh, the eminent one, who is like this!

engaL amudhE – Oh, one who is the most enjoyable entity for us and who is the reason for our existence! When yaSOdhAp pirAtti called him for enlarging the holes in his ears such that those who are affectionate towards him [the cow-herd girls] and those who worry about what would happen to you [yaSOdhAp pirAtti and other herd-women] would feel happy, he tells her “I will come; what would you give me?”

uNNak kanigaL tharuvan – “I will offer you the fruits which you consume desirously”. He says “However, if you insert the thread, it would hurt my ears”

kadippu onRum nOvAmE kAdhukkiduvan – when she tells him that she would apply the thread such that there is absolutely no pain in his ears, he appeared to agree to this.

paNNai … – she praises him saying “When I left you under the protection of a wheel, a monster had pervaded the wheel with the intention of harming you. Did you not kick that wheel such that it broke into smithereens! You should come here”

thiruvAimozhip piLLai says, in his svApadhESam – by kicking the monster Sakatan, oh, one who had protected yourself, the cause for all the worlds! Oh, one who has the lotus in your divine navel! You should come here.

We shall next consider the 12th pAsuram of this thirumozhi.
