AzhwAr sings lullaby to SrI rAma who handed over the reins of the kingdom to bharatha and who went to the forest, along with lakshmaNa.

pAr ALlum padar selvam – huge wealth of kingdom through which the entire earth could be ruled
baradhan nambikkE – to bharathAzhwAn who is complete in all auspicious qualities
aruLi – mercifully giving to him
ArA anbu iLaiyavanOdu – along with iLaiya perumAL [lakshmaNan] who has affection without any shortcoming
aru kAnam adaindhavanE – Oh one who mercifully went to forest which could not be entered by anyone!
sIr ALum varai mArbA – Oh one who has the divine chest which is the residence of veeralakshmi (wealth of courage)!
thirukkaNNauraththu arasE – Oh one who is the ruler of thirukkaNNapuram!
thAr ALum nIN mudi – Oh (one who has) the long crown with garland

Simple Translation
Oh one who mercifully gave the huge wealth of kingdom, through which the entire earth could be ruled, to bharathAzhwAn, who is complete in all auspicious qualities! Oh one who mercifully went, along with lakshmaNa who has affection for you without any deficiency, to the forest which is impossible to enter for anyone! Oh one who has the divine chest where the deity for courage is residing! Oh one who is the ruler of thirukkaNNapuram! Oh SrI rAma, who has the long crown with garland! My lullaby to you.
vyAkyAnam (Commentary)
pArALum padar selvam baradha nambikkE aruLi – emperors rule the entire earth through the wealth of their kingdom. Mercifully handing over the reins of such a kingdom to bharathan, who is full of auspicious qualities including pArathanthryam by which he existed solely for emperumAn obeying him fully.
ArA anbu iLaiyavanOdu arum gAnam adaindhavanE – SrI rAmAyaNam ayOdhyA kANdam 31-24 says “kurushva mAm anucharam vaidharmyam nEha vidhyathE l kruthArthO’ham bhavishyAmi thava chArtha prakalpathE ll” (Make me as your servitor. There is nothing which is unrighteous in this. (Through this) I will be grateful. Your objective will also be accomplished). As mentioned in this, oh one who went along with iLaiya perumAL, who would always carry out acts of servility, to forest where no one goes, and which is full of wild animals!
sIrALum varai mArbA – Oh one who has chest which is like a mountain and in which the deity of courage resides!
thirukkaNNapuraththu arasE – Oh one who is the chief of thirukkaNNapuram!
thArALum nINmudi en dhAsadhI thAlElO – Oh one who wears the garland, which indicates that you are the head of entire world, on your divine crown, and who is the son of emperor dhaSarathan! My lullaby to you.
