Simple translation

AzhwAr, the king of thirumangai region which is filled ladies with beautiful bosoms decorated with knotted cloth, where he has sword, said “I got to see sarvESvaran who eliminated the sorrow of SrI gajEndhrAzhwAn, and who has beauty similar to that of karuneydhal flower, green gem and cool cloud, in thirukkOvalUr where brAhmaNas who are having noble qualities which are desired by all and abundant wealth, are present”; those who can learn such AzhwAr’s ten pAsurams which are in the form of garland of words, will get to see sarvESvaran who is praised and surrendered by everyone in the world seeking goals such as worldly wealth etc and who is all pervading and not seen by anyone.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

vAraNam … – One who became loving towards SrI gajEndhrAzhwAn who can cause harm to others, by eliminating its sorrow.

neela maradhagaththai … – He stood showering his cool mercy and eliminating its fatigue fully.

sIr … – Inhabited by brAhmaNas who are desired for their noble qualities, having abundant wealth.

thirukkOvalUr adhanuL kaNdEn enRu – Unlike having to travel very far [seen right here].

vAraNangu … – Those ladies having bosoms which are decorated by knotted clothes which shine due to those bosoms. aNangu – desire and beauty. Not just the beauty of the clothes but also the beauty acquired by the bosoms which they decorate.

vAL kaliyan … – Those who can learn these ten pAsurams which were mercifully spoken by AzhwAr who has the sword which will vanquish enemies.

kAraNangaLAl … – Surrendered by the people of world who have gathered seeking worldly wealth, self enjoyment and eternal service to bhagavAn.

karandhu … – As they surrendered, he entered everywhere and pervaded to fulfil the desires of those who surrendered and remained invisible for all others. They will see emperumAn who waits for those who surrender unto him thinking “Who will come to us and surrender?”
