Simple translation
I am seeing bhagavAn who as mahA varAha, lifted the earth by digging it out from the wall of the oval shaped universe, in the beginning of varAha kalpa, who is having the vast earth and vast sky as his prakAram, who is enjoyable like honey and nectar in the hearts of his servitors at all times, who is shining and who can lovingly tend cows by becoming krishNa at the end of dhvApara yuga, in the beautiful SrIrangam.
Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)
EnAgi mun idandha – When the earth was consumed by deluge, as a vaAha, he lifted it up.
iru nilanum – All of earth and sky are prakArams for sarvESvaran, to have all entities to be subdued in the word “thAn” (mine).
than adiyAr … – When a person steps on a thorn to have his feet affected, the SarIrI (AthmA) will suffer. Similarly, AzhwAr is thinking about bhagavAn being the abhimAni (one who cares) for the universe to feel the danger experienced by the universe. For those who purely exist for him, he will remain as all types of relatives and is shining because of that.
magizhndhu … – Having incarnated as krishNa, instead of thinking along the lines of “We happily enjoyed in paramapadham, but now we have to stand here in this samsAra in an inferior way”, with overwhelming love “At least in this manner, we could help them”. In dhvApara yugam, he mercifully tended cows and calves, and remained faultless in that.
