Simple translation
thirumangai AzhwAr who is having shoulders which are greatly stronger than mountain, mercifully spoke these ten pAsurams which are in the form of a garland of words, on SrImAn who eternally resides in the dhivyadhESam named thiruveLLak kuLam in thirunAngUr where best among brAhmaNas who are having paramabhakthi are firmly residing. Those who are able to be classified [by others] that “they can recite these pAsurams well”, will become part of the assembly of nithyasUris.

nal anbudai … – The SrImAn of thirunAngUr which is inhabited by brAhmaNas who are having paramabhakthi. The one who is present in thiruveLLak kuLam.
kallin mali … – His strength to sing pAsurams is similar to his shoulder strength.
vallar ena … – Though they are not experts in these pAsurams, at least if others say that they are experts, they will become part of the assembly of nithyasUris.
