Simple translation

emperumAn finished the good life of dhEnukAsuran and pUthanA who were roaming with deceitful forms by the instigation of the cruel-hearted kamsan; he is the lord who is having divine form with dark complexion, who gave birth to manmantha (cupid), the most handsome one in the world; being the desirable abode of such emperumAn, the arimEya viNNagaram in thirunAngUr is having water where waves are hitting each other, which pushes pearls in every ghat and is beautiful due to the vaidhikas who are having their tongue and mind engaged in bhagavAn’s manthrams, who have learnt four vEdhams, five great yagyas  and six ancillary subjects and all other SAsthrams, and have pure heart which is apt for bhagavath vishayam, and are living densely. Oh obedient heart! Surrender unto the emperumAn there.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

thI manaththAn … – Cruel-hearted kamsan – one who cannot tolerate the presence of bhagavAn in a place (AyarpAdi/gOkulam); his servants such as dhEnukAsuran and pUthanA, who are roaming in disguise – one who killed them. In beauty, he is the father of manmatha, and has even greater divine form which is rejuvenating. The desirable abode of such sarvESvaran.

karudhum idam … – Water which is having waves which are hitting against each other, are pushing pearls in every ghat. The abode which has the beauty due to having vaidhikas who have pure heart since they are engaging their tongue and mind in bhagavAn’s manthrams, four types of vEdhams, five great yagyams, six ancillary subjects etc, and are living densely.
