Simple translation
thiruvazhundhUr is having the wealth of being filled with smoke rising from the Ahuthi (offering) given by brAhmaNas, who are having greatness which is as good as brahmA’s greatness, having very distinguished nature and having tongue which is shining with dhrAvida vEdham and samskrutha vEdham. emperumAn is the lord of nithyasUris and is joyfully residing in such dhivyadhESam. He is the sarvESvaran who shot the arrows which can kill, aiming at the limitless and strong arms and heads of rAvaNa, the king of lankA where sun cannot roam atop the place. emperumAn severed such rAvaNa’s hands and heads, which fell off, and killed him for the sake of sIthAp pirAtti who is having tender fingers, which are always attached with a play ball. He became joyful doing that. Behold that same bhagavAn, who is mercifully present in thiruvazhundhUr.

pandhu aNaindha … – For the sake of the union with periya pirAttiyAr who is so youthful to hold on to the ball even in the presence of sarvESvaran and who is having fingers which are very tender to even hold that ball. The reason for their separation, rAvaNa, who is the ruler of lankA which is fortified to limit the movement of moon and sun. His,
andham il … – They [heads] are limitless since they keep coming back even after severing. To have the strong shoulders and heads break apart and fall off, shooting him with a killer arrow and killed him, sarvESvaran enjoyed the bliss which is to be had by the followers thinking “Our enemy is eliminated; the devotees have regained their abodes”. Such sarvESvaran.
