Simple translation

thiruvazhundhUr is having the wealth of brAhmaNas who are as good as brahmA, who is having the beautiful lotus flower in the divine navel as his birth-place, and who are having great nature of being focussed on the a) four vEdhams which are having sentences which are filled with being the credible source of true knowledge and are having complete fame due to that, b) pancha mahA yagyams and c) important portions which are to be heard. It is an ornament for this leelA vibhUthi. emperumAn, who is the lord of nithyasUris and is joyfully residing in such dhivyadhESam, is having his beautiful, desirable pair of divine feet held (massaged) by periya pirAttiyAr, SrI mahAlakshmi who is having beautiful lotus flower as her abode and SrI bhUmip pirAttiyAr. Sages such as sanaka et al are praising him. In the vast (milk) ocean which is filled with boats, on the striped mattress, which is famously known as thiruvananthAzhwAn, such sarvESvaran is mercifully reclining. Behold that same bhagavAn, who is mercifully present in thiruvazhundhUr.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

sengamalath thirumagaLum – periya pirAttiyAr who makes bhagavAn forgive all the mistakes of the devotees.

puviyum – SrI bhUmip pirAtti who is the teacher for such patience. As both of them massage the divine feet, which are matching each other and are desirable, as sanaka et al remain firm and praise.

vanga mali thadam kadaluL – The great ocean which has a lot of boats.

ananthan ennum – Atop the one who is famously known as thiruvananthAzhwAn. sarvESvaran is also said to be ananthan since he is beyond limits by time, place and objects; since AdhiSEshan has kept such ananthan on his lap, AdhiSEshan is also known famously as ananthan.

vari aravin aNaith thuyinRa mAyOn kANmin – Like a fire ball, AdhiSEshan is having such beautiful stripes that sarvESvaran cannot take his eyes off AdhiSEshan. Behold, it is the same sarvESvaran, who is mercifully reclining on thiruvananthAzhwAn who is having coolness, fragrance etc as his nature, who has arrived here and standing.

engum mali niRai pugazh … – The credible nature of vEdham is not in a few portions but every part of vEdham is credible. Hence it is having great fame. Those who are having natural greatness through such four vEdhams, pancha mahA yagyam (brahma yagya, dhEva yagya, pithru yagya, manushya yagya, bhUtha yagya) and whatever has to be learnt through hearing.

akkamalaththu ayan anaiyAr – bhagavAn is mercifully standing in thiruvazhundhUr which is having matchless wealth due to the eternal presence of brAhmaNas who are individually as good as brahmA and who can engage in creation etc. Such bhagavAn who granted me this impossible benefit is sarvESvaran who is known as in thiruvAimozhi 1.1.1 “ayarvaRum amarargaL adhipathi” (Lord of nithyasUris who have no confusion). AzhwAr is saying “Surrender unto him and be uplifted”.
