Simple translation

bhagavAn, who is complete, is mercifully residing in the dhivyadhESam named thirunaRaiyUr which is surrounded on the sides by fertile fields having beautiful water. thirumangai AzhwAr, who is the lord of the residents of thirumangai region, who shows anger on the enemies, who is having mountain like huge shoulders where the mountain is having waterfalls, mercifully composed these ten pAsurams which are like a garland of words which are having the nature to be words of praise. Those who recite these ten pAsurams, will remain joyful in the expansive paramapadham with qualities matching their true nature and remain blissful forever.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

nannIr … – Fertile fields having abundance of beautiful water is present everywhere in the surroundings of thirnaRaiyUr. The lord who is present in such thirunaRaiyUr and who is complete in auspicious qualities, is being praised.

kannIr mAlvaraith thOL – kal – sound. AzhwAr who is having the strength of the shoulders which are like mountains with waterfalls having great sound, having the nature of eliminating the enemies, and being the leader of thirumangai region, is the one who sang these pAsurams.

sonnIr sol mAlai … – Having collection of words, where those who recite these pAsurams will say “What an amazing set of pAsurams!” and praise, as their nature. Those who recite these pAsurams. The benefit for reciting these pAsurams is the recital itself. But on top of that, they will go to paramapadham which is the best among bhOga bhUmi (enjoyable places), and being naturally blissful, through the way matching the AthmA’s svarUpam (true nature), will attain the enjoyment which is said to have no punarAvruththi (return to samsAram).
