Simple translation

bhagavAn is the target of my desire; he conducts the means (to attain him) in the form of firm belief; he, who is Sriya:pathi, is eternally present in my mind having arrived from thiruvEngadam where he remains, without separating from there; my lord stretched his divine feet to measure the worlds, in thirukkOvalUr, which is surrounded by orchards which have dense presence of flower bunches which are filled with beetles having stripes. I am seeing such bhagavAn in the beautiful dhivyadhESam named thiruvarangam which is surrounded by beautiful water.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

sindhanaiyai – One who is the goal which is the target of my desire as said in thiruvAimozhi 3.3.3vazhuvilA adimai seyya vENdum nAm” (we should perform continuous kainkaryam).

thava neRiyai – he himself is the means to get that eternal kainkaryam.

When asked “Who is that entity who remains the one as goal and means?” AzhwAr says

thirumAlai – She remains purushakAram (one who recommends) while bhagavAn is prApakam (means) and remains as part of the goal just like him, while bhagavAn is prApyam.

piriyAdhu … – Being the one who has thirumalA as his eternal abode, he entered my heart to make these features blossom in my heart, and is aptly residing there.

vari … – In thrirukkOvalUr which has dense orchards, which have dense flower bunches, where beetles with beautiful complexion are present. bhagavAn is present having his divine feet stretched out, in a humble manner and accepted everything as his own.

yAn kaNdadhu – While he remains as the mendicant seeking alms, I saw him in SrIrangam.
