Simple translation

thirumangai AzhwAr who rules over the spear which is moving around like poison, mercifully spoke these ten pAsurams on sarvESvaran who is having black pigment like beautiful form, the cause of the world, is enjoyable and is eternally residing in the dhivyadhESam named thiruveLLaRai which is surrounded by mansions which are embossed with precious gems and which are reaching up to the region of clouds. Those who can firmly praise these ten pAsurams, without any shortcoming, will be desirable like kings for the nithyasUris.

manju … – thiruveLLaRai which is surrounded by mansions which are embossed with precious gems, are reaching up to the region of clouds. mEya – eternally residing.

anjanam … – He is having such physical beauty that he cannot be abandoned even if he is not present in front of us; his aptness will not let us abandon him even if he is not beautiful; his enjoyability will not let us abandon him even if he is not apt for us.

nanju … – nithyasUris will abandon SrIvaikuNtanAthan and desire those who can praise/recite these ten pAsurams without missing out any of the pAsurams, which were mercifully spoken by AzhwAr who has the spear which is like poison and will kill when seen.
