Simple translation

krishNa, the lord of dhEvas, climbed on the kadamba tree which has blossomed and has shining shoots, approached and quickly jumped on the hoods of such cruel kALiya, which are the dancing stage, to make him tired and performed rare dances; vaN purudOththamam in thirunAngUr is the abode where he resides, which is abundantly filled with brAhmaNas who can teach three types of hot fire which are having the goodness to perform karmAnushtAnams, four vEdhams, five great yagyas and six ancillary subjects [of vEdham], to others.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

pallavam … – The kadamba tree was withered due to being burnt by kALiyan’s poison; having been touched by the divine feet of krishNa, it blossomed nicely with flowers and leaves. Climbing on the blossomed kadamba tree with shining leaves, krishNa quickly jumped on kALiyan’s hoods which were like dance stage, when kALiyan was not expecting it, so that he cannot escape.

aru nadam seydha – There are hard and soft forms of dance – he performed all of them. The abode where such leader of nithyasUris, has arrived and is residing.

nalla … – The abode of brAhmaNas who not only work hard and practice the three types of fire, four types of vEdham,  five great yagyams and six ancillary subjects of vEdham, but will also make others follow the same.
