Simple translation

Being mahAvarAham, emperumAn, with great anger, dug in to the ocean and lifted earth which is having food items in  garden and which is drowned in the ocean; oh you, who are living with the desire to reach his divine feet! Go and reach thillaith thiruchchiththirakUdam where the pallava king, who came along with his army, bringing beautiful golden flowers, pearls and gems, and where the mansions are with beautiful gems, surrendered.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

vembum … – Live with the desire of  uniting with the divine feet of emperumAn, who dug out the earth which was surrounded by gardens, when it was immersed in huge ocean. He took the form of mahAvarAham, the wild boar, which was angry and which was dwelling in forest

paim pon … – pallava king brought gems etc along with his army and surrendered and further constructed mansions with pearls and gems – such thillaith thiruchchiththirakUdam.
