Simple translation

Women, who have very fragrant hair, would gather as a crowd, would laugh and ridicule you saying “Why are you coughing here and coming close to us?” Oh heart! Before they disregard you in this manner, we will reach our radiant goal, thirunaRaiyUr, which is the eternal, beloved abode of sarvESvaran who is having moon, fire, wind and reddish sun as his prakAram (form). Let us go.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

konguN kuzhalAr … – kongu – honey; or kongu – fragrance. Women with very fragrant hair. When the man had wealth and youth, they will not unite together due to fights [competing for him], but once he lost them, they gather together to insult him and laugh at him.

nIr ingu en … – Before you listen to their insulting words such as “Don’t you know about yourself? Don’t you know about us? Why did you come here? Is this place an apt one for you to come?”

thingaL … – The abode is radiant due to being pursued by sarvESvaran who is the protector and who created entities which help the universe.

nangaL naRaiyUr nAm thozhudhum ezhu nenjamE – Let us go and approach his abode where he is present for us.
