Simple translation

sarvESvaran is eternally residing in reclining posture on the mattress AdhiSEshan, which is having moles, in the dhivyadhESam named thiruppEr which is having orchards where beetles are humming; thirumangai AzhwAr who is the leader of thirumangai region which is having forts with hoisted flags and mansions, and who is having shoulders with firm strength, mercifully spoke in beautiful thamizh these ten pAsurams on such bhagavAn; as those who recite these ten pAsurams, sing and dance, they will reach the expansive paramapadham.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

vaNdu aRai … – In thiruppEr where the beetles, having drunk honey, are humming in the orchards, sarvESvaran who is mercifully reclining on the mattress, thiruvananthAzhwAn who is having stripes, is the object of the praises here. The pAsurams were mercifully sung by thirumangai AzhwAr who is the controller of thirumangai region which is having forts with hoisted flags and mansions, and who is having shoulders with firm strength.

sem solAl mozhindha mAlai … – He mercifully gave the meanings of vEdham which is allowed to be learnt by qualified persons only, through the thamizh language which is pursuable by all. On top of the enjoyment of singing and dancing with these pAsurams, those who do that will also get eternal enjoyment which is greater than this [singing and dancing].
