alli … – AzhwAr sang the glories of SrIrangam which is the abode of sarvESvaran who is having beautiful, divine chest which is the abode of SrI mahAlakshmi who resides on the lotus flower. He is having a chest which  makes her fear “What will I do if I have to leave this chest and go back to the flower?” She is said to have told in thiruvAimozhi 6.10.10 “agalagillEn” (I will never leave).

kallil … – The garland of words which are mercifully spoken by thirumangai AzhwAr who is the chief of the residents of thirumangai which is surrounded by forts which are protective, and having ten pAsurams (in 5 pairs). Due to his attachment in the pAsurams, he is pairing them and enjoying them. Those who can recite these pAsurams with their meanings, will remain in kOyil (SrIrangam) enjoying and after shedding the body, will get to rule over paramapadham.
