Simple translation (based on vAdhi kEsari azhagiya maNavALa jIyar‘s 12000 padi)
emperumAn is pervading in the expansive three worlds and is having lotus flower like eyes; those who can practice this decad among the thousand pAsurams which were created from the merciful words of nammAzhwAr, the controller of beautiful, invigorating AzhwArthirunagari, will live in gruhasthASramam along with their accepted wife, children et al in the distinguished state of thadhIya SEshathvam.

Highlights from nampiLLai‘s vyAkyAnam as documented by vadakkuth thiruvIdhip piLLai
- nalla kOtpAttu ulagangaL – It appears that only after AzhwAr mercifully spoke “nedumARkadimai” revealing that bhAgavatha SEshathvam is the ultimate goal, the world became well orgainsed/established.
- mUnRin uLLum thAn niRaindha – It became fresh, even without the need for emperumAn‘s all pervasive existence.
- allik kamalak kaNNanai – emperumAn‘s divine eyes too acquired more reddishness and freshness as AzhwAr increasingly became attached to his devotees.
- am thaN kurugUr – Even the town became attractive and invigorating.
- satakOpan sollap patta Ayiram – Unlike vEdham which has no author, being authored by AzhwAr. vEdham is similar to emperumAn‘s parathvam [he is ever existing, without any cause] and thiruvAimozhi is similar to his avathArams [where he gets a father and mother].
- ivaiyum paththum vallArgaL – Those can practice this decad.
- nalla … – nalla padham (good position) means bhAgavatha SEshathvam, since AzhwAr established this principle in this decad; and further.
- manai vAzhvar – They will get to practice gruhastha dharmam (being in married life, following vaidhika principles).
- koNda … – Instead of being in a situation where one thinks one way and one’s family thinks the opposite way, they will live along with their families for the purpose of serving bhAgavathas. [A beautiful incident is narrated here to highlight how the whole family should be like minded in serving bhAgavathas] A group of SrIvaishNavas was travelling to thiruvananthapuram. On the way, they were in thirukkOshtiyUr, where they entered the thirumALigai (residence) of selvanambi [the minister of pANdiya king; periyAzhwAr considered selvanambi as his mentor and had great reverence for him]. At that time, selvanambi was away and his dharma pathni (wife) took the paddy grains which were preserved safely for the subsequent year’s seeding, since there were no other grains there. She cooked a meal with those grains, offered that to emperumAn and fed the SrIvaishNavas to their satisfaction. On the next day, nambi returned and was shocked to see the grains missing. He asked his wife “where are those grains?” and she said “I sowed them so that we can reap them in paramapadham” [needless to say, selvanambi was overwhelmed with joy]. There were some great personalities like thoNdanUr nambi, echchAn et al – the whole purpose of their life was to serve bhAgavathas; [those who are well versed in this decad will acquire their qualities].
