en nenjam enbAy! – Oh you who are known as “my heart”!
kUdi – gathered with worldly people
Adi – ate (what they ate)
uraiththadhE – the words they spoke
uraiththAy – you spoke
thuNindhu kEL – hear (my words) faithfully;
palarum – many
pAdi Adi – singing and dancing
paNindhu – worshipping
Eththi – praising
kANgilAr – (even after these) cannot see (his real greatness);
Adu – glorious
thAmaraiyOnum – brahmA who is born in the (blossomed) divine lotus in his divine navel
Isanum – rudhran
amararkOnum – indhran
ninRu – remaining (as per their qualification)
Eththu – to be praised
vEngadaththu – one who is eternally residing on thirumalA

Simple translation
Oh you who are known as “my heart”! [Previously] You gathered with worldly people and ate along! Hear my words faithfully. Many persons, even after singing, dancing, worshipping and praising, cannot see his real greatness; now, you are engaged in the service of sarvESvaran who danced, and who is eternally residing on thirumalA to be praised by glorious brahmA who is born in the (blossomed) divine lotus in his divine navel, rudhran and indhran, remaining as per their qualification.
Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)
kUdi Adi … – [Previously] You gathered with people who are attached to Sabdha etc (sensual pleasures), enjoying what they enjoyed, and spoke the words which they spoke after enjoying those pleasures.
thuNindhu kEL – Now, I am telling you, who have given up such attachment and having attachment towards bhagavAn, another good advice. Hear faithfully.
pAdi … – Many would sing and dance and surrender unto him, but will still not see him. Further, even brahmA et al would surrender unto emperumAn according to their qualification. [Instead of kANgilAr] It is also said as kANgilA. That is, dhEvathAs such as brahmA et al who are great due to being difficult to be seen by their devotees, would come and surrender to [see] bhagavAn.
Adu thAmaraiyOn … – Adu implies greatness, saying “blossomed lotus”. Alternatively – Adugai – being present, saying “present in the lotus”; another explanation – Adugai – appearing (being born), saying “one who is having the lotus as his birth place”; another explanation – Adugai – victory, saying “victorious lotus”.
Adu kUththanukku – In the divine form where it is visible that he danced previously. As said in thirunedundhANdagam 16 “manRamarak kUththAdi magizhndhAy enRum vada thiruvEngadam mEya maindhA enRum” (As “Oh one who enjoyed the dance in the four-way junction! Oh youthful one who is permanently residing on thirumalA!”).
adimaith thozhil pUNdAyE – Many surrendered to him but did not see him still; brahmA et al will come and surrender unto him according to their qualification; though you are not in either situation, you are engaged in serving him.
