Simple translation
Merciful bhagavAn does not show mercy on matters relating to vEdha bAhyas such as baudhdhas who wear reddish saffron clothes and impure jainas; [But] he is the benefactor for my people who surrendered unto him, me, my father, my mother and nithyasUris. I am seeing such bhagavAn in beautiful SrIrangam.
Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)
thuvariththa … – For baudhdhas who wear reddish clothes and for jainas who are not to be touched due to not being vaidhikas; merciful bhagavAn who does not show his mercy ever to those who approach him without actions which are prescribed in vEdham. Just as even a milk bearing tree, if it is poked during inapt times, will not provide milk. bhagavAn is similar to that.
thannadaindha … – For those who are connected to me and are surrendered to him only – that is, for vaishNavas; for me, my mother and father, and for nithyasUris, he is the lord, without any favouritism towards any one of these persons.
