Oh you who are present in the very fragrant dhivyadhESam named thirukkAvaLambAdi in thirunAngUr where the humble peahens are dancing in all the gardens which are filled with mandhAra trees.

sandhamAy – Being the controller of chandhas.
samayamAgi – Being the controller of the rules which say that there are these many aksharams (letters) in anushtupu, dhrushtupu, jagathi etc.
samaya aim bUdhamAgi – Being the controller of pancha bhUthams (five elements) which are present in an orderly manner and which remain as the cause of everything else.
andhamAy … – When everything effectual in this samsAram becomes destroyed, everything rests in him and he alone remains as said in chAndhOgya upanishath “sadhEva” (only sath existed); being the cause of everything when he desired to split them [from the subtle/collapsed state] into individual chith and achith; being the controller of beginning and end.
aru maRai avaiyum AnAy – Being the one who is revealed in vEdhams as “brahmam is the one which is present in causal and effectual states”.
mandham Ar … – In thirunAngUr where in all the gardens which are filled with mandhAra trees, the peahens are dancing.
gandham Ar … – It appears that this is the abode where the entity who is said as in chAndhOgya upanishath “sarvagandha:” (root of all fragrance) is eternally present.
kaLaigaN nIyE – You who are greatly enjoyable should be my protector.
