thirumangai AzhwAr who is having shoulder, which is eternal and strong like a mountain, mercifully spoke these ten pAsurams which are having sweet tune, on the amazing sarvESvaran who is mercifully residing in the beautiful dhivyadhESam named thiruvAli which is surrounded everywhere by garden where beetles are embracing each other and humming; those who recite these pAsurams, constantly meditating on their meanings, will have paramapadham only as their abode.

pulli … – The amazing emperumAn is mercifully residing in thiruvAli which is having garden where the beetles, embracing each other, having drunk honey, will be humming, in its surrounding; AzhwAr who is having mountain like strong shoulder which is eternal, mercifully spoke this garland of pAsurams with tune on such emperumAn; due to the great attachment in this decad, AzhwAr is mercifully identifying individually as in four pAsurams plus five pAsurams plus one pAsuram.
