Full Series<\/a><\/p>\n << Previous<\/a><\/p>\n Tataschetas samadaya purushe pushkarekshane<\/i> \/ (w to w)<\/span> Tataha<\/span><\/i> – After taking food, <\/span>pushkare ekshane<\/span><\/i> \u00a0– the lotus eyed Krishna, to the Lord, who is <\/span>Paramapurusha<\/span><\/i>, \u00a0<\/span>chetaha \u00a0– <\/span><\/i>his mind, <\/span>samadaya<\/span><\/i> \u00a0– strongly fixed, <\/span>Uttamsita karadvandvam<\/span><\/i> \u00a0<\/span>yada tada<\/span><\/i> – placing two hands above the head in worship form, <\/span>upahvare<\/span><\/i> \u00a0– in a lonely place, <\/span>upavishtam<\/span><\/i> \u00a0– worshipping Manavala Mamunigal \u00a0who is seated in yogic pose of<\/span> padmasana.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n (Commentary) After <\/span>anuyagam<\/span><\/i> (taking food), <\/span>Sastra<\/span><\/i> says that meditation on <\/span>Paramatma<\/span><\/i> is to be done. He is saying that now. <\/span>Yoga<\/span><\/i> is to be performed three times like <\/span>aradhana<\/span><\/i> which is explained further. <\/span>Yoga<\/span><\/i> means that one has to meditate in the heart the Lord with <\/span>Divya Mangala Vigraha<\/span><\/i> without losing focus. The Lord is pervaded in the soul of Celestials, people, animals and plants. This is called Vishnu\u2019s all- pervasiveness in all subjects. It is to be noticed that Parasara says that deity is to be concentrated in the heart of those who perform <\/span>Yoga<\/span><\/i>. <\/span>Taittriyopanishad<\/span><\/i> \u00a0says that the deity centered in the heart of Yogis and resides in the heart of the organ of Sun is the same. \u00a0<\/span>Chandokyopanishad <\/span><\/i>says that the deity who resides in the organ of Sun is lotus eyed. Hence it is implied that the word <\/span>purushe pushkarekshane<\/span><\/i> means that the lotus eyed deity is residing in the heart of Yogi like Mamunigal. The etymology of word <\/span>purichethe<\/span><\/i> means that the deity is residing in the body of Yogi and the word <\/span>purusha<\/span><\/i> means <\/span>Vishnu <\/span><\/i>who is <\/span>Paramapursha<\/span><\/i>.
