Why he has not worshipped the other deities? \u00a0He worships only Mamunigal, as Mamunigal already worshipped other deities and worshipping him suffices. Since he is <\/span>Acharya parathantra<\/span><\/i>, he worshipped only Mamunigal. In the words of Bharadwaja, it is said that while worshipping <\/span>Emberuman<\/span><\/i> in <\/span>Archa<\/span><\/i> form, one has to worship with intense devotion. One has to worship His paraphernalia, bhaktas and <\/span>Acharyas<\/span><\/i> also. \u00a0Accordingly, Mamunigal did <\/span>mangalasasanam<\/span><\/i> to <\/span>Sriranganatha,<\/span><\/i> along with <\/span>Andal<\/span><\/i> and other bhaktas, \u00a0<\/span>Senaimudaliyar<\/span><\/i> and other paraphernalia. <\/span>Andal<\/span><\/i>, who is the <\/span>Avatara<\/span><\/i> of <\/span>Bhoomi Devi,<\/span><\/i> submits to <\/span>Varahapperumal<\/span><\/i> that she is a bhakta, disciple and servant to Him. (<\/span>Aham Sishyacha daseecha bhakta cha Purushottama<\/span><\/i>). <\/span>Bhooma Devi <\/span><\/i>and <\/span>Neela Devi<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>Periya Piratti<\/span><\/i>, otherwise called <\/span>Sriranganachchiyar<\/span><\/i> are in the group of wives to Him. Hence, Mamunigal while doing <\/span>mangalasasana<\/span><\/i> to <\/span>Sriranganatha<\/span><\/i>, also worshipped the wives, paraphernalia, <\/span>Acharya<\/span><\/i> and other bhaktas.
