These people are none other than those who fall at other great people who hail and singing for a long time, the glories of <a href=\"https:\/\/guruparamparai.wordpress.com\/2012\/09\/06\/emperumanar\/\">SrI rAmAnuja<\/a> such as \u201clong live <a href=\"https:\/\/guruparamparai.wordpress.com\/2012\/09\/06\/emperumanar\/\">ethirAsa<\/a>, long live <a href=\"https:\/\/guruparamparai.wordpress.com\/2012\/09\/06\/emperumanar\/\">ethirAsa<\/a>, long live <a href=\"https:\/\/guruparamparai.wordpress.com\/2012\/09\/06\/emperumanar\/\">ethirAsa<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Explanation <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/periyazhwar\/\">periyAzhvAr<\/a> sang thirupallANdu in which he sang mangaLams to <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/sriman-narayanan\/\">SrIman nArAyaNan<\/a> in multiple dimensions. They sing this forever. Let us call this group \u201cGroup A\u201d. There is another group of people (Group B) who live under the lotus feet of those people who sing \u201clong live <a href=\"https:\/\/guruparamparai.wordpress.com\/2012\/09\/06\/emperumanar\/\">ethirAsa<\/a>, long live <a href=\"https:\/\/guruparamparai.wordpress.com\/2012\/09\/06\/emperumanar\/\">ethirAsa<\/a>, long live <a href=\"https:\/\/guruparamparai.wordpress.com\/2012\/09\/06\/emperumanar\/\">ethirAsa<\/a>\u201d, just like how a child is under the protective shadow of its mother.&nbsp; Group B people recognize the purport of the phrase \u201c<em>nin thALiNAik kIzh vAzhchchi<\/em> (<a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2016\/07\/thiruvaimozhi-3rd-centum\/\">thiruvAimozhi 3<\/a>.2.4)\u201d and live in the shadow of the lotus feet of Group A people. The blessings that are being showered upon the Group B people is being discussed in the latter half of the pAsuram. <a href=\"https:\/\/pillai.koyil.org\/index.php\/2014\/10\/introduction-to-azhwars\/\">AzhvArgaL <\/a>are counted as ten in number. <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/madhurakavi-azhwar\/\">madhurakavi AzhvAr <\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/andal\/\">AndAL <\/a>are counted within <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/nammazhwar\/\">nammAzhvAr <\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/periyazhwar\/\">periyAzhvAr <\/a>respectively. These <a href=\"https:\/\/pillai.koyil.org\/index.php\/2014\/10\/introduction-to-azhwars\/\">AzhvArs<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/pillai.koyil.org\/index.php\/2014\/10\/introduction-to-azhwars\/\">&nbsp;<\/a>who are being celebrated as \u201c<em>mayaRvaRa madhinalam aruLa<\/em>\u201d<em>ppeRRavargaL<\/em> (thiruvAimozhi 1.1.1) . In other words, they are the recipients of the causeless mercy of <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/sriman-narayanan\/\">SrIman nArAyaNan<\/a>, as a result of which their ignorance got vanished completely and knowledge about and bhakthi (devotion) towards <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/sriman-narayanan\/\">SrIman nArAyaNan <\/a>started to grow profoundly. These AzhvArs did not stop their devotion to just <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/sriman-narayanan\/\">SrIman nArAyaNan<\/a>. Rather they extended their devotion to the devotees of&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/sriman-narayanan\/\">SrIman nArAyaNan<\/a> as seen in the phrase \u201c<em>ellaiyil adimaith thiRaththinil enRumEvumanaththanarAi<\/em>\u201d (perumAL thirumozhi 2.10). People in Group B get all the blessings showered upon them from all the 10 AzhwArs. It is because of their blessings that these people in group B have steadfast belief in charama parva nishtai and will continue to be there forever. It behooves us to take cognizance of the fact that in the first pAsuram, <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/mamunigal\/\">maNavALa mAmunigaL<\/a> described these people as those who will be revered by the nithyasUris (<em>ayaRvarum amarargaL<\/em> (thiruvAimozhi 1.1.1)).
