having true depth of knowledge \u2013 such is the glory of knowledge of <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/18\/nammazhwar-english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AzhvAr<\/a>; even if inquired in all the worlds do we hear anyone equaling him?<\/p>\n<p>What with food, water, etc., what with ripe fruits, etc., what with \u2018<em>appAl mudhalAi ninRa aLappariya Aramudhu<\/em> [thirunedunthANtakam \u2013 14]\u2019 {here it may mean food that is like nectar} &#8211; so they cannot be compared to <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/18\/nammazhwar-english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AzhvAr<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Or, for nithyasUris, that place is like \u2018<em>theLi visumbu thirunAdu<\/em> [<a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/thiruvaimozhi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thiruvAimozhi<\/a> 9.7.5] (~ radiant, in knowledge) such that it is amicable for them to enjoy <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/17\/divya-dhampathi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">emperumAn<\/a> all the time. Here, this place is like \u2018<em>viNNuLAr perumARkkadimai seyvAraiyum seRum aym pulan ivai<\/em> [<a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/thiruvaimozhi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thiruvAimozhi<\/a> 7.1.6]\u2019 (~ the five senses would trouble even those who are subservient to <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/17\/divya-dhampathi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">emperumAn<\/a>). Such \u2018<em>iruL tharumA gyAlam<\/em> [upadhEsa raththina mAlai &#8211; 72] (this world that feeds ignorance), would not make it easy to enjoy <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/17\/divya-dhampathi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">emperumAn<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In such a birth, there is only <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/18\/nammazhwar-english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AzhvAr<\/a> who spends time only in enjoying <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/17\/divya-dhampathi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">emperumAn<\/a>. Isn\u2019t that why it is \u2018<em>sudhurlabha<\/em>:\u2019 (<a href=\"http:\/\/githa.koyil.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bhagavath gIthA<\/a>) {<em>Or oruvar uNdAgil aththanai kAN<\/em> \u2013 upadhEsa raththina mAlai &#8211; 55}.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; As said in \u201c<em>mARuLadhO immaNNin misai<\/em> [<a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/thiruvaimozhi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thiruvAimozhi<\/a> 6.4.9]\u201d (Is there anyone matching me in this world?), and<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u201c<em>iniyAvar nigar agal vAnaththE<\/em> [<a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/thiruvaimozhi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thiruvAimozhi<\/a> 4.5.8]\u201d (who would equal me even in that other big world (~when I have been given opportunity to sing <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/thiruvaimozhi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thiruvAimozhi<\/a> on <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/17\/divya-dhampathi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">emperumAn<\/a>)).<\/p>\n<p>So <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/18\/nammazhwar-english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AzhvAr<\/a> himself divined by his words that there is no equal in both this world and the other world, isn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n<p>When asked: So in this way, if we say <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/18\/nammazhwar-english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">satakOpan<\/a>, he is meant as above everyone, this mahAthmA incarnated and is worshiped by the whole world, and if there is no equal to him or to his grand star day<strong>,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>then is there anything equal to his words that is <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/thiruvaimozhi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thiruvAimozhi<\/a> and for the place of his incarnation?<\/p>\n<p>Even that is also not there, says <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/mamunigal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">maNavALa mAmunigaL<\/a>, as:<\/p>\n<p><em>uNdO thiruvAimozhikku oppu then kurugaikku uNdO oru pAr thannil okkum Ur.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>uNdO thiruvAimozhikku oppu \u2013 <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/18\/nammazhwar-english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AzhvAr<\/a> who is \u2018<em>thirumAlAl aruLap peRRa<\/em> [<a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/thiruvaimozhi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thiruvAimozhi<\/a> 8.8.11)\u2019 (given unblemished knowledge (<em>mayarvaRa mathi nalam<\/em> (<a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2015\/03\/thiruvaimozhi-1-1-1-uyarvara-uyarnalam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thiruvAimozhi 1.1.1<\/a>)) by <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/17\/divya-dhampathi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">emperumAn<\/a>), and \u2018<em>thirumAlavan kavi <\/em>[thiruviruththam &#8211; 48]\u2019 \u2013 his experience of <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/17\/divya-dhampathi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">emperumAn<\/a> did not contain itself like said in \u2018<em>suzhi pattOdum<\/em> [<a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/thiruvaimozhi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thiruvAimozhi<\/a> 8.10.5] (like a flood with a vortex), like said in \u2018<em>avAvil anthAdhigaLAl ivai Ayiramum <\/em>[<a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/thiruvaimozhi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thiruvAimozhi<\/a> 10.10.11]\u2019 (the thousand pAsurams in anthAdhi style, that came out of devotion) the <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/thiruvaimozhi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thiruvAimozhi<\/a> got caught in <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/18\/nammazhwar-english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AzhvAr<\/a>\u2019s bhakthi and it incarnated.<\/p>\n<p>Can the words that came out of dharma, strength, knowledge, happiness, etc., match the words of <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/thiruvaimozhi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thiruvAimozhi<\/a> that is out of devotion and is essence of <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nAlAyira dhivya prabandham<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>Other words are like the sound of sea waves (no meaning\/use). So, as said in \u2018<em>aruL koNdu Ayiram in thamizh pAdinAn <\/em>[<a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2015\/02\/kanninun-chiru-thambu-8-arul-kondadum\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kaNNinuNchiruththAmbu \u2013 8<\/a>] (~ he sang one thousand sweet pAsurams in beautiful thamizh due to his mercy), this <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/thiruvaimozhi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thiruvAimozhi<\/a> that incarnated due to his kindness\/mercy would not be having any equals.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>then kurugaikku uNdO oru pAr thanil okkum Ur<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Like how there is none equal to <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/18\/nammazhwar-english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AzhvAr<\/a> in this world or the other world, this place (of his incarnation) also does not have any place that equals it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Tree in AzhvAr thirunagarI (kurugai) where nammAzhvAr stayed <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Even if searched in eighteen worlds, is there any place that equals kurugai vaLampathi? Even if it is there (srIvaikuNtam), it is more like saying together \u2018<em>thirunAdu vAzhi then kurugai vAzhi <\/em>[iyal sARRu]\u2019 (long live srIvaikuNtam long live then kurugai). Shall have to say \u2018<em>thirunagarikku oppAriyuNdO\u2019.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>It is too divined as \u2018<em>ARRil thuRaiyil Uril uLLa vaishamyam vAchAmagOcharam<\/em> [AchArya hrudhayam 80]\u2019 (~ can\u2019t be said in words the difference between this place and the others).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>then kurugai <\/em><\/strong> &#8211;
