Surrender unto him and rise up and dance. Oh, those who are having taste in bhagavath vishayam! Sing these pAsuramss and as you do that, your sins will not remain with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>thOdu viNdalar &#8230; <\/strong>&#8211; Being the chief for the residents of thirumangai which is surrounded by orchards having flowers which are blossoming after the petals leave their joints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>vAL kaliyan &#8230; <\/strong>&#8211; Just as prapaththi (surrender) is the means to attain bhagavAn, the sword in his hand is for the destruction of enemies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>thiruvAli nAdan <\/strong>&#8211; This itself is sufficient for AzhwAr&#8217;s greatness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>nannaRaiyUr &#8230; <\/strong>&#8211; Due to having arrived at and standing in thirunaRaiyUr, he is having completeness of auspicious qualities. Keeping his divine feet, which are incomparably sweet and never check about the good or bad qualities of the one who is surrendering to, as the decoration for their head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>thozhudhum <\/strong>&#8211; Worshipping as said in <a href=\"https:\/\/githa.koyil.org\/index.php\/11-39-and-11-39-5\/\">SrI bhagavath gIthA 11.39<\/a> &#8220;<em>nama: purasthAth<\/em>&#8221; (Let my obeisances belong to you, in front of you). Due to the bliss of having worshipped him, the body being restless, would be dancing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>thoNdargatku &#8230; <\/strong>&#8211; Instead of enjoying it as he knew and leaving it, AzhwAr has this for the enjoyment of people of subsequent times. AzhwAr has provided a feast for all the SrIvaishNavas as said in <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2019\/07\/thiruvaimozhi-9-4-9-kandu-kondu\/\">thiruvAimozhi 9.4.9<\/a> &#8220;<em>thoNdarkku amudhuNNach chol mAlaigaL sonnEn<\/em>&#8221; (I did vAchika kainkarayam [servitude in the form of speech] in the form of a garland of words for the joyful experience of the servitors of the apt lord).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>pAdal paththu &#8211; <\/strong>Instead of being a grantham which has 1,25,000 SlOkams (as in mahAbhAratham), where we would not know as to where we entered and where we exited, these are only ten pAsurams. Those who are having taste towards bhagavath vishayam should recite these pAsurams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>pAda nummidai &#8230;<\/strong> &#8211; There is reward for eating sugarcane.
