He is the father of <em>manmathan<\/em>. On one divine foot, he has SrI pAnchajanyam and on the other divine foot, he has SrI sudharSana AzhwAn, engraved as lines on the soles. With those two divine feet, will he not take tender steps such that the signs of those divine lines are formed, creating on overflowing flood of happiness?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>vyAkhyAnam (Commentary)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>oru kAlil \u2026<\/strong> &#8211; with the two divine feet, of which on one divine foot, SrI pAnchajanyam and on the other divine foot, SrI sudharSana AzhwAn have been engraved as lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that on the inner sides of the unique divine feet [where one divine foot matches the other, and none to match them], just as it has been said in <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2018\/11\/periya-thiruvandhadhi-31\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"22943\">periya thiruvandhAdhi 31<\/a> \u201c<em>adi thARum<\/em>\u201d (the lines on the inner sides of the two divine feet), SrI pAnchajanyam and SrI sudharSana AzhwAn are shining brightly. <em>iru kAlum<\/em> \u2013 in the earlier part of the pAsuram, AzhwAr had said \u201c<em>oru kAl oru kAl<\/em>\u201d denying anything else which was a match for each of those two divine feet. Now, when he says <em>iru kAlum<\/em> he says that these two divine feet match each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>angu angu \u2026<\/strong> &#8211; on each place where he had taken a step, making a sign [with those lines of divine conch and divine disc] similar to painting with a brush.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that during the <em>kOdaith thirunAL uthsavam<\/em> (function in SrI rangam temple), when namperumAL went out during the <em>uthsavam<\/em>, AchAryas (preceptors) saw his divine feet on the path and their happiness was overflowing like a flood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>perugA \u2026<\/strong> &#8211; looking at the beauty of his gait and his divine form, with overflowing ocean of happiness, creating more and more of happiness<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>karu kAr \u2026<\/strong> &#8211; having a divine complexion similar to a dark, cool ocean; <em>karumai<\/em> \u2013 darkness; <em>kAr<\/em> \u2013 coolness. Alternatively, <em>karumai<\/em> could refer to greatness and <em>kAr <\/em>could refer to darkness. Also, <em>kAr<\/em> could refer to cloud, with krishNa having a divine complexion similar to that of a dark cloud and like a dark ocean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>kAmar thAdhai<\/strong> \u2013 father of <em>kAman<\/em> [manmathan] who goes around, frightening people with his beauty. emperumAn is referred to as in <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2019\/10\/thiruvaimozhi-10-2-8-kadu-vinai\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"30566\">thiruvAimozhi 10-2-8<\/a> \u201c<em>kAmanaip payandha kALai<\/em>\u201d (one who sired <em>kAman<\/em>).
