beautiful<br>arangaththu &#8211; in the dhivyadhESam named thiruvarangam<br>kaNdadhu &#8211; am seeing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simple translation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I am seeing the one who is like a young elephant which is having a lengthy trunk, one who is like a bluish gem mercifully resting on the ocean, one who is like emerald stone which is having abundance of black colour, one who is revealed in the vEdhas as the divine consort of SrI mahAlakshmi, one who is my lord, one who is always enjoyable for me, one who is my lord who protected by stopping the hail by lifting the gOvardhana hill, in the beautiful dhivyadhESam named thiruvarangam which is surrounded by beautiful water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>kaimmAna madha kaLiRRai <\/strong>&#8211; As said in &#8220;<em>Anaiyil kidandha kidakkai<\/em>&#8221; (resting like an elephant), emperumAn is reclining just as an elephant resting with its limbs stretched out, and like a youthful elephant having large trunk, reclining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>kadal kidandha karu maNiyai <\/strong>&#8211; One who is reclining on thiruppARkadal like a bluish gem reclining on an ocean to fill the void there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>maimmAna maradhagaththai <\/strong>&#8211; One who is like an emerald gem which has abundant blackish complexion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>maRai uraiththa thirumAlai <\/strong>&#8211; emperumAn who is Sriya:pathi and is spoken of, loudly, in vEdhams. purusha sUktham &#8220;<em>hrISchathE lakshmIScha pathnyau<\/em>&#8221; (one who is having SrI bhUmip pirAtti and SrI mahAlakshmi as his consorts), SrI sUktham &#8220;<em>asyESAnA jagathO vishNupathni<\/em>&#8221; (one who is the lord of the worlds and the divine consort of vishNu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>emmAnai<\/strong> &#8211; One who manifested his togetherness with her and made me totally exist for him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>enakku <\/strong>&#8211; Even in the most sorrowful situations, one who is enjoyable for me, if I think about him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>pani kAththa ammAnai <\/strong>&#8211; In this manner, for those who are not having any refuge other than him, he who protects by performing most difficult tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>yAn kaNdadhu aNinIrth thennarangaththE <\/strong>&#8211;
