Alternatively, it is explained as &#8211; we lost our humble heart.<\/li>\n<li><em>emperumAn nAraNaRku<\/em> &#8211; Have we not lost our heart to the appropriate person? We have lost it to <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/sriman-narayanan\/\">emperumAn<\/a> who shows motherly forbearance towards his dependents. nAraNan is also explained as sulabhan &#8211; easily approachable [one who dwells in everyone&#8217;s heart as antharyAmi].<\/li>\n<li><em>em ARRAmai solli azhuvOmai<\/em> &#8211; Isn&#8217;t it natural for those who are desperate to cry out to accomplish what they want? What should we cry for? Should we cry to get him, should we cry to get back the lost heat? Or should we cry for our helpless nature?<\/li>\n<li><em>nI naduvE<\/em> &#8211; Unlike others who are crying with us, you are trying to block our union.\u00a0 That too when there is no reason for you to torture (block) us.<\/li>\n<li><em>vERROr vagaiyil kodidhAy<\/em> &#8211; vERROr &#8211; sathru (enemy). You are torturing even more than how enemies would do. Alternatively, even enemies should be forgiven [arumpadham &#8211; Like srI rAma gave reprieve to rAvaNa when rAvaNa lost all his weapons] &#8211; but you are not even doing that.<\/li>\n<li><em>enai Uzhi mARRANmai niRRiyO<\/em> &#8211; Would you have this enmity forever? Your activities are different from those who are showing pity towards us and those who are showing enmity.<\/li>\n<li><em>vAzhi<\/em> &#8211; Live long &#8211; It is like calling out a butcher as &#8220;brother&#8221; [expecting some mercy out of him].<\/li>\n<li><em>kanai iruLE<\/em> &#8211; dense darkness! Also explained as &#8211; darkness which shows anger.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An alternative explanation fitting the sequence of pAsurams is also given at the end &#8211; Without realising that there is an entity named thamas (darkness) which is naturally lacking light,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/nammazhwar\/\">parAnkusa nAyaki<\/a> thinks that due to separation from <a href=\"https:\/\/granthams.koyil.org\/2013\/03\/12\/thathva-thrayam-iswara-who-is-god\/\">bhagavAn<\/a>, it has lost its shine and is unable to even call out to <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/sriman-narayanan\/\">emperumAn<\/a>. Seeing that, she says &#8220;your suffering is more than ours; at least after losing our heart we are calling out for <a href=\"https:\/\/granthams.koyil.org\/2013\/03\/12\/thathva-thrayam-iswara-who-is-god\/\">bhagavAn<\/a>! But you are not even able to do that and that gives us more agony!
