I have been caught in the web called as SrIdharan [the divine consort of SrI mahAlakshmi], who has the complexion of a green parrot. If you desire to live in this garden, you have to certainly do either of two activities: call out to emperumAn, who is holding the divine disc and the divine conch in his hands, to come here or bring back my golden bangles, which I have lost.

vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

paingiLi vaNNan …… agappattirundhEn – The disease which I have is not something which I can rid of by myself. She indicates the uniqueness of her disease, by calling it as pAsam.

sirIdharan enbadhOr pAsaththu agappattirundhEn – I have been caught in the web of SrIdharan. Won’t both these events happen? When he comes hearing the call of the cuckoo, she will regain her weight and her bangles will stay in her hands. Also, the divine weapons in his divine hands, which are like ornaments for the followers, will come to her hand, under her control.
